颞下咽旁间隙原发性肿瘤临床及病理分析

摘　　要：对72例颞下及咽旁间隙原发性肿瘤作了回顾分析,结果显示该区域肿瘤主要是神经源性肿瘤(13例)和腮腺深叶来源的肿瘤(16例);在年龄小于20岁的年轻人中,恶性肿瘤构成比明显高于年龄大于20岁的患者组。CT、MRI及细针穿刺细胞学检查对肿瘤的诊断有重要价值。A retrospective review was carried out on 72 patients with neoplasms in infratemporal and parapharyngeal spaces.Neurogenic and parotid neoplasms were the most common pathlogical types of the neoplasms.In patients younger than 20 years,malignancy constituent ratio was higher than in those older than 20 years.CT,MRI,and fine needle cell biopsy can be contributory to diagnosis.
