牙龈瘤手术切除同时累及牙即刻再植的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：选择牙龈瘤患者110例随机分为2组,实验组70例108颗牙进行肿瘤切除并即刻行累及牙再植,对照组行传统的瘤体切除加累及牙拔除术,随访3年。牙再植组和对照组牙龈瘤治愈率分别为97.1%和100%(P>0.05),再植牙存活率90.7%。110 cases of epulis were divided into 2 groups.After removal of epulis and involved tooth in test group（70 cases,108 teeth）,the teeth were immediately replanted.The patients in control group were treated by removal of the epulis and the involved tooth.The patients were followed-up for 3 years.The epulis cure rate of test and control groups was 97.1％ and 100％ （P ＞ 0.05） respectively.The successful replantation rate of epulis involved teeth was 90.7％.
