摘 要:目的通过细胞培养MTT(噻唑蓝)实验,评价铸造对钛合金生物相容性的影响。方法分别将3组钛合金铸造前后的材料加工制成直径13.5 mm,厚度1 mm的圆片,清洗消毒后制备浸提液培养细胞,培养1,3,5 d后分别观察细胞形态、测试各组细胞吸光度值。结果①铸造前与铸造后,3组材料细胞吸光度值比较,含铝、钒的C组比其他两组稍低(P>0.05);②3组材料铸造前后吸光度值比较,铸造后稍低于铸造前(P>0.05)。结论铸造对于钛合金生物相容性无影响,不影响临床应用。Objective To evaluate the biocompatibility of titanium alloy before and after casting by cell culture and MTT test. Meth-ods Three kinds of titanium alloys before and after casting were processed into wafers whose diameter was 13.5 mm and thickness was 1 ram. Extracts were prepared for cell culture after cleaning and disinfection. Observe cell morphology and test the cells' absorbance val-ue in each group after culturing for 1,3 and 5 days. Results ①Cell absorbance value of C group which contained aluminum and vana-dium was slightly lower than those of the other two groups no matter before or after casting( P 〉 0.05 ). ②Cell absorbance values of three groups after casting were slightly lower than those before casting ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusions Casting has no effect on the biocom-patibility of titanium alloys. It doesn't affect clinical application,
