Effect of Ginkgo Biloba Combined with Mouse Nerve Growth Factor on Patients with Abnormal Visual Evoked Potentials in Eye Blunt Trauma

摘  要:目的:观察银杏叶胶囊联合注射用鼠神经生长因子(mNGF)辅助治疗视觉诱发电位(VEP)异常的眼钝挫伤的临床疗效。方法:VEP异常眼钝挫伤患者40例(41眼)随机分为银杏叶组20例(21眼)和对照组20例(20眼),2组均给予基础治疗和mNGF,银杏叶组还应用银杏叶胶囊,疗程4周。观察比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,银杏叶组总有效率(85.74%)优于对照组(70%),两者差异具有统计学意义(Z=-2.020,P=0.043)。治疗后2组患者视力和P100潜伏期值较治疗前都有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:银杏叶胶囊联合mNGF辅助治疗VEP异常的眼钝挫伤有效。Objective: To evaluate the effect of Ginkgo biloba combined with murine nerve growth factor (mNGF) on patients with abnormal visual evoked potentials (VEP) in eye blunt trauma. Methods: Forty cases (41 eyes) with abnormal VEP in eye blunt trauma were randomly divided into Ginkgo biloba group (n: 20, 21 eyes) and Control Group (n=20, 20 eyes). The both groups were given normal treatment and mNGF, and the Ginkgo biloba group was treated with additional Ginkgo biloba. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy was assessed. Results: The total effective rate in Ginkgo biloba Group (85.74%) was significantly better than the control group (70%) (Z=-2.020, P:0.043). The visual acuity and P100 latency after treatment have significantly improved when compared to those before treatment in the both groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Ginkgo biloba combined with mNGF was effective to treat patients with abnormal VEP in eye blunt trauma.
