摘　　要：针对中晚期消化道恶性病变侵犯压迫导致的管腔狭窄或梗阻,目前可采用植入具备支撑和引流功能的支架来缓解消化管腔梗阻症状,临床应用的管道支架主要分为塑料支架和金属支架两大类。虽然支架植入可有效缓解管腔梗阻的症状,提高中晚期肿瘤患者的生存质量,但是不能对肿瘤进行有效的治疗,也不能延长患者的生存期。随着125I放射性粒子组织间植入治疗实体恶性肿瘤在临床中的广泛应用,国内学者将微型125I粒子承载在管腔支架上,用于治疗消化管腔恶性梗阻并取得一定进展。本文就125I放射性粒子支架的应用现状作一综述。To stenosis or obstruction induced by advanced gastrointestinal malignant diseases,stent placement including supporting and draining function has been widely accepted to be an option for palliation of the symptoms caused by GI obstruction to data.Stent in clinical application is divided into plastic stent and metallic stent mainly.Although stent placement could relieve the symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients with advanced tumors,there is no therapeutic effect and it is incompetent to lengthen the life span.With wide application of the 125I seeds for treatment of malignant tumors by interstitial brachytherapy,domestic scholar developed stent loaded with 125I seeds,and then it was used to treat GI malignant obstruction and make some progression.This review will discuss the current situation of 125Iseeds stent for GI malignant obstruction.
