摘 要:30例垂体柄中断综合征患者分为身高正常组与身材矮小组。2组生长激素和胰岛素样生长因子I水平差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。身高正常组预测身高及体重指数(BMI)更高,睾酮、FT4及皮质醇峰值更低。身高与年龄、预测身高、出生体重、BMI等正相关。身高是遗传因素和垂体一靶腺轴激素共同作用的结果。[ Summary ] Thirty cases of pituitary stalk interruption syndrome were divided into normal height ( group 1 ) and short stature ( group 2 ). There was no significant difference in growth hormone or insulin-like growth factor- I levels between two groups( P〉0.05 ). Expected height and body mass index in group 1 were higher than those in group 2, while testosterone, eortisol, and FT4were lower. Height were positively correlated with age, expected height, birth weight, and body mass index. The height of patients with pituitary stalk interruption syndrome depended on both genetic factors and the hormones from pituitary-target gland.
