摘　　要：目的探讨内侧型蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤的手术治疗策略和方法。方法收集收治的22例经显微外科手术治疗的内侧型蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤的临床资料，并对手术策略和方法进行总结和分析。结果所有病例均经翼点入路或扩大的翼点入路进行肿瘤切除，其中肿瘤全切除15例，次全切除3例，部分切除4例。结论术前完善的神经影像学评估，术中妥善的处理和保护血管和神经可减少并发症，提高手术疗效。Objective To investigate the resource and technique of microsurgical management for medial sphenoid ring meningiomas. Method 22 cases with mierosurgieal management of medial sphenoid ring meningiomas in our department from Jan 1999 to Jan 2013 were collected and the methods and effects of the operation were analyzed. Results All patients were treated by pterional approach and modified pterional approach. The tumors were totally removed in 15 cases, subtotalIy removed in 3 cases and partially removed in 4 cases. Conclusion The assessment of neuroimaging before surgery and the management and protection of vessels and nerves over operation could reduce the complications and heighten the effects of surgery.
