摘　　要：目的探讨桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效和安全性。方法浙江省台州医院妇产科于2012年2一11月共收治子宫肌瘤患者543例，按照治疗方法分为观察组和对照组，观察组给予桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗，对照组给予米非司酮治疗。两组3个月为1个疗程。治疗2个疗程后对两组患者临床症状、子宫和肌瘤体积、血清性激素水平、血液流变学及不良反应等方面进行比较。结果对照组和观察组治疗后子宫和肌瘤体积与血清性激素较治疗前明显减少（P〈0．05）。治疗后观察组子宫和肌瘤体积与血清性激素较对照组下降更显著（P〈0．05）。对照组和观察组治疗后血清性激素水平和血液流变学指标较治疗前明显下降（P〈0．05）。治疗后观察组血清性激素水平和血液流变学较对照组下降更明显（P〈0．05）。对照组和观察组不良反应的发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05）。结论桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤疗效显著，且不良反应发生率低，值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of Guizhi Fuling capsule combined with mifepristone in the treatment of hysteromyoma. Methods All 534 patients with hysteromyoma in our hospital from February 2012 to November 2012 were divided into control group and observation group according to treatment ways. Patients in control group were treated with mifepristone by oral for two courses （3 months were as one course） ,while the patients in the observation group were treated with Guizhi Fuling capsule combined with mifepristone for two courses. The clinical symptom, size of uteruses and tumor, serum level of sex hormone and index of blood rheology were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results After the treatment, the clini- cal symptom, size of uteruses and tumor, serum level of sex hormone and index of blood rheology were all improved in both group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and more obviously in the observation group as compared to the control group, the difference was statistical signifi- cant （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. There was no significant difference in the rate of adverse reactions between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Guizhi Fuling capsule combined with mifepristone is effective and safe with a low incidence of adverse reactions for bysteromyoma. It can be widely used in clinical practice.
