调强适形放射治疗食管癌45例护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨调强适形放射治疗食管癌的临床护理,预防并减轻食管癌患者放疗毒副反应,确保患者顺利完成放射治疗计划,提高患者生存质量。方法从心理护理、照射野皮肤护理、饮食护理、放射性食管炎的护理、骨髓抑制的预防、放射性气管炎的护理等方面进行精心护理。结果 45例患者顺利完成治疗计划,近期有效率达95.6%。患者放射性食管炎、放射性气管炎及放射性皮肤损伤轻,骨髓抑制率低。结论精心的临床护理是减轻放疗毒副反应、保证患者顺利完成放射治疗计划的关键因素之一。Objective To investigate care on patients with esophageal carcinoma with intensity modulated radiation therapy （IMRT） ,to prevent and alleviate the side effects of radiotherapy on patients with esophageal carcinoma, to ensure the smooth completion of the radiotherapy treatment planning of patients and to improve quality of life of patients. Methods To careful nurs- ing, from mental nursing irradiated skin care, diet nursing care, nursing of radiation esophagitis, prevention of bone marrow sup- pression and nursing care of radioactive were conducted. Results The results of all 45 patients successfully completed the entire process of radiotherapy,had recently reached 95.6 percent efficiency. While all the patients with lower radioactive esophagitis and pneumonitis and cutaneous radiation reaction of light, also with lower incidence of myelosuppression. Conclusion Careful clinical nursing was one of the key factors to alleviate the side effects of radiotherapy and ensure the smooth completion of the ra- diotherapy treatment planning of patients.
