糖尿病肾病低血糖的原因分析及护理

摘　　要：目的分析糖尿病肾病患者发生低血糖的原因,根据不同原因制定相应的预防护理措施,以减少糖尿病肾病患者低血糖的发生。方法对2010年1月-2012年10月蚌埠医学院第一附属医院内分泌科收治的53例糖尿病肾病患者发生低血糖原因进行分析。结果无规律进食;糖尿病病情减轻后,没有及时调整胰岛素用量;肌酐、尿素氮升高导致恶心呕吐,食欲下降,进食量减少;年轻护士对低血糖危害认识不足;活动量增加而饮食量没有增加;合并使用心脑血管类药物等因素是糖尿病肾病患者发生低血糖的主要原因。结论糖尿病肾病患者发生低血糖的原因较多,在护理上应加强管理、加强宣教、加强病情观察及用药观察、提高护理人员特别是年轻护士对低血糖的重视,以减少糖尿病肾病患者低血糖的发生。Objective To analyze the reasons on the occurrence of diabetic nephropathy patients with hypoglycemia and formulate corresponding prevention and nursing measures according to different reasons, in order to reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods The reasons on the occurrence of 53 diabetic nephropathy patients with hypoglycemia were analyzed, who were admitted to our department from January 2010 to October 2012. Results Irregular eating; Failure to make timely adjust the dosage of insulin after diabetes was improved;nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, reduced food intake due to elevated creatinine and urea nitrogen; young nurses＇ lack of knowledge about the harm of hypoglycemia; not increasing food intake with increased activity;the use of cardio-cerebral vascular drugs in patients with diabetic nephropathy were the main reasons which led to the incidence of hypoglycemia. Conclusion There were many reasons on the occurrence of diabetic ne- phropathy patients with hypoglycemia. In the aspect of nursing care, we should strengthen the management, strengthen health education, strengthen disease observation and medical observation and make nursing staff especially for young nurse to attach more importance to hypoglycemia,in order to reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia in patients with diabetic nephropathy.
