吻合器痔切闭术及外痔切扎术治疗混合痔的临床观察

摘　　要：为提高以内痔脱出为主的混合痔手术治疗的效果，将以内痔脱出为主要症状的100例混合痔患者，采用吻合器痔切闭术及外痔切扎术治疗。结果显示，100例患者全部治愈，治愈率100％。结果表明，采用吻合器痔切闭术及外切扎术治疗以内痔脱出为主的混合痔，具有疗效好，并发症少，疗程短，无肛门狭窄及肛门失禁等并发症和后遗症。This study was to improve the clinical efficacy of surgical treatment for mixed hemorrhoids which dominanted by internal hemorrhoids prolapsed; 100 cases mainly manifested as prolapse of internal hemorrhoids received PPH with external resection ＆ ligation. The results showed that the 100 cases got cured,the curative rate was 100%. It is concluded that PPH with external resection ＆ ligation is of better efficacy,fewer complications, shorter treatment course and has no complications or sequelae such as anal stenosis and anal incontinence.
