摘　　要：[目的]探讨淀粉样类前体蛋白2-C端不同片段(APLP2-CTFs)对S100A9蛋白表达的影响.[方法]将pEGFP-APLP2-C57,C50,C31转染BV2细胞,采用蛋白印迹方法和RT-PCR方法检测S100A9蛋白表达和mRNA水平.[结果]转染pEGFP-APLP2-C57,C50,C31的细胞中,S100A9蛋白表达和mRNA水平均增高,与空载体转染组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).[结论]转染APLP2-CTFs使S100A9蛋白表达和mRNA水平均增高.OBJECTIVE To study the effects of C-terminal fragments 2（APLP2-CTFs） on S100A9 gene expression. METHODS The of amyloid precursor-like protein APLP2-C57, C50, C31-pEGFP were transfected to BV2 cells, and the expression of S100A9 protein and mRNA levels were detected by Western blotting and RT-PCR. RESULTS APLP2-C57, C50, C31 transfected group, protein and mRNA levels of S100A9 was dramatically incresed compared with the mock transfected group （P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION Transfection of APLP2-CTFs incresed protein and mRNA levels of S100A9.
