摘 要:集成自组织演化与量子力学的相关方法,系统研究了组织知识创造成果非线性增长的原因、知识创造的量变规律及不同知识对知识创造成果产生的影响。研究成果表明:造成知识创造成果呈阶段性跳跃的主要原因包括经济发展背景下的知识需求变化,不同的知识增长速率及能量的充足程度;随着组织知识创造的不断循环,知识创造周期相应地缩短,知识创造所需的能量、知识的种类、新旧知识的匹配程度逐渐提高,而知识的实用价值和时效性则呈下降趋势;根据仿真结果,不同知识在知识创造过程中作用的变化形式可分为三类。知识管理与能级跃迁理论的契合为知识创造的研究提供了新的视角,也为解决知识量化问题提供新的理论支撑。In the knowledge-based economy, knowledge creation is not only an action but also a skill to keep the competitive advantage of an organization. This paper reviews theories related to organization evolution and quantum mechanics, analyzes the reason of the nonlinear growth of knowledge creation and organization, and explains the quantitative change of knowledge creation and different knowledge's influence on knowledge creation. The first chapter is a metaphor of knowledge creation and atomic motion. On the basis of the concept of the complete knowledge system organization, this paper divides organizational knowledge into two parts: static knowledge (knowledge core) and active knowledge (knowledge electron). Moreover, this paper compares knowledge creation process features and explains the atomic motion phenomenon. Based on the similar sport comparison result and the quantum theory, this paper considers knowledge creation as a motion of changing knowledge system structure, proposes six theory hypotheses, and establishes the atomic structure model of organizing knowledge system. This paper follows the self-organization and evolution "stimulate-respond" model, and asserts that the knowledge needs derived from the external environment changes is the reason of changing the original stable form of knowledge system. Therefore, this paper refers to the Schrodinger Wave Theory by organizing the atomic model of knowledge system, specifies the concept of organizing knowledge creation energy level transition, and describes the principle of organizing knowledge system energy level transition. Moreover, this paper defines the concept of knowledge property density, and establishes the hierarchy system. The second part categorizes the proposed model into four parts: knowledge demand disturbance, knowledge creation, knowledge energy level transition and knowledge attribute density.
