摘 要:以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为保护剂,甲醛为还原剂通过液相化学还原法制备得到纳米银溶胶。离心洗涤得到高纯度的纳米银浓缩水溶胶,添加助剂后,在超声处理下获得了水基喷墨导电墨水。用热泡式按需喷墨打印机分别在膨润型相纸、铸涂型相纸及间隙型相纸基材上印制导电图形,通过导电性能测试及扫描电镜观察发现,相纸涂层材料的特征对印制图形导电性能有着决定性的影响。其中,采用纳米级二氧化硅作涂层材料的间隙型相纸表现最为理想,纳米银颗粒排布连续密实,100℃下加热30min后印制图案方块电阻为52.4Ω/□。Nano-silver particles were synthesized by liquid phase chemical reduction method using formaldehyde as the reducing agent and polyvinylpyrrolidone as the protective agent.The prepared sample was purified by dilution and centrifugation repeatedly to obtain concentrated and relatively pure silver colloid.After adding some essential additives,the water-based conductive inkjet ink was prepared under ultrasonic treatment.The pattern was fabricated on swellable photo paper,cast coating photo paper and porous photo paper by a drop-on-demand thermal inkjet printer.After observing the surface morphology of substrates and printed patterns,it was found that the property and structure of the photo paper coating materials show very important impacts on the concerned conductivity performance.The porous photo paper with nano-scaled SiO2 coating materials presented the best result,the nano-silver particles arranged continuously and closely its sheet resistance for the printed pattern was 52.4 Ω/[] after heating at 100 ℃ for 30 min.
