摘 要:基于压电陶瓷材料的压电效应,设计了一种新型的压电摩擦阻尼器,通过施加电压来改变正压力,从而改变摩擦力,实现结构的半主动控制效果。介绍了该阻尼器的设计构造和工作原理;建立了该新型压电摩擦阻尼器的阻尼力模型并推导了所需预紧螺栓的刚度;进行了不同预压力下压电陶瓷致动器的驱动性能实验;并测试了预压力分别在100N、200N下该阻尼器在不施加电压下的被动滞回性能和常电压下的半主动滞回性能。结果表明,该压电陶瓷致动器具有一定的出力性能,且与被动控制系统相结合制成的新型压电摩擦阻尼器性能稳定,具有较好的耗能能力,能够有效地减小地震作用。Based on the piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramic materials, a new type of piezoelectric friction damper was designed, by applying voltage to change the positive pressure, which changed the friction, and achieved the semi-active control effect of structure. The structure design and worling principle of the damper was introduced; force model of the new type of piezoelectric friction damper damping was built and the required bolt stiffness was de rived; drive performance of the piezoelectric ceramic actuator under different preloading was conducted; passive hys teretic behavior under no applied voltage and semi-active hysteretic behavior under constant voltage of the damper were tested at 100 N,200 N preloading. Results show that the piezoelectric ceramic actuator has a certain output force per formance, a new type of piezoelectric friction damper was made by combining with passive control system, whose performance is stable, which has a good energy dissipation ability and can effectively reduce the earthquake action.
