摘  要:目的运用脉冲场凝胶电泳(Pulsed-Field Gel Electrophoresis,PFGE)技术对一起由韦太夫雷登沙门菌引起的食物中毒所分离的菌株进行同源性分析。方法对分离菌株进行PFGE分析,并用BioNumerics软件对PFGE分型图谱进行数据分析。结果从6份患者样品和2份食品样品中分离出韦太夫雷登沙门菌,经Xbar I和Bln I双酶切后,8株菌具有完全相同的PFGE电泳图谱,PFGE聚类图谱分析相似性均为100%。结论经PFGE分子分型分析,确认这是一起由食用了受韦太夫雷登沙门菌污染的食物后引起的食物中毒。Objective To analyze the homology of the Salmonella weltevreden isolates from a food poisoning outbreak by using pulsed field gel electrophoresis ( PFGE ). Methods PFGE analysis and molecular typing were conducted on the isolated strains. The PFGE spectrum was analyzed by BioNumerics software. Results Eight Salmonella weltevreden strains were isolated from 6 patients samples and 2 food samples. Double digestion by Xbar I and Bin I showed the 8 strains had the identical PFGE spectrum. Conclusion The food poisoning outbreak was caused by Salmonella weltevreden with the same type by PFGE molec- ular typing analysis.
