摘 要:目的为了解江干区散发和暴发腹泻病人、零售水产品中副溶血性弧菌的分布状况,以及不同来源副溶血性弧菌血清型及毒力基因的异同。方法根据GB/T4789.7-2008进行副溶血性弧菌的分离鉴定及血清学试验,并用荧光定量PCR对分离的菌株进行毒力基因tdh和trh的检测。结果散发、暴发腹泻病人,零售水产品副溶血性弧菌检出率分别为16.36%(45/275)、85.71%(18/21)、39.69%(102/257)。临床菌株(包括散发、暴发病人)主要血清群为O3、O1和O4,水产品菌株的主要血清群则集中在O1、O10、O2、O5和O11中。临床菌株的tdh、trh检出率分别为96.88%(62/64),1.56%(1/64),水产品菌株的tdh、trh均未检出。结论副溶血性弧菌是江干区散发和暴发腹泻病人的主要致病菌,零售水产品受副溶血性弧菌污染严重,临床来源与水产品来源菌株在血清群分布及毒力基因携带有很大差异。Objective To understand the distribution of Vibrio parahaemolyticus from diarrhea patients and aquatic products in Jianggan district, and explore the similarities and differences of the serogroups and virulence genes of these Vibrio parahaemo- lyt/cus from different sources. Methods The Vibrio parahaemolyticus was isolated and identified according to GB/T4789.7 - 2008, and the real -time PCR was used to detect the virulence gene tdh and trh from these strains. Results The detection rates of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in sporadic diarrhea patients, food poisoning patients and aquatic products were 16.36% (45/ 275 ), 85.71% ( 18/21 ) and 39.69% ( 102/257 ). Clinical strains ( including sporadic and outbreaks patients ) were concen-trated on serum group 03, O1 and 04, and the strains from aquatic products were concentrated on serum group O1, O10, 02, 05 and Oll. The detection rates of tdh and trh from clinical strains were 96.88% (62/64), 1.56% (1/64), while the tdh and trh were not detected in strains from aquatic product. Conclusion Vibrio parahaemolyticus is the main pathogen of sporadic and outbreak diarrhea patients in Jianggan district. Retail aquatic products were contaminated heavily by Vibrio parahaemolytic us. The serogroups and virulence genes of strains had large difference between clinical patients and aquatic products.
