摘　　要：现有企业自主创新理论及研究方法的不完善说明其仍有极大的拓展空间。以演化经济学为基础,借鉴生物进化的"遗传、变异、选择和保持"4个关键概念,对企业自主创新理论思想的演化过程进行了分析,力图在演化视角下认识企业自主创新理论如何源起、如何改变、如何选择及最终保持的动态过程,并构建了企业自主创新理论的演化模型。The imperfection of existing theories and methods of enterprise＇s independent innovation methods means that there is a great research space in this field. On the basis of evolutionary economics, this paper analyzes the evolution process of the theory and thought of enterprise＇s independent innovation by using four key concepts of the heredity, variability, selection and retention in biological evolution, trying to know how the theory of enterprise＇s independent innovation arises, changes, selects and remains, and creates the evolution model of the theory of enterprise＇ s independent innovation.
