摘　　要：全国农村党员干部现代远程教育工作是党中央做出的一项重大战略部署。科技部作为全国远程教育工作领导小组成员单位之一,主要承担《科技与应用》栏目的专题教材制播工作,针对农村党员干部和农民群众进行农村科技知识的普及推广与应用。介绍了山西远程教育工作的专题教材制作流程及开展实施情况。The modern remote education for nationwide CPC member cadres in rural areas is an important strategic decision made by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. The Ministry of Science and Technology, as one of members of the leading group for national modem remote education, has undertaken the task of producing and broadcasting documentaries for the TV program titled＂Science and Technology and Applications＂, which is mainly for CPC member cadres and farmers in rural areas to popularize and apply agricultural scientific and technological knowledge. This paper introduces TV documentary production process as well as the implementation of the modem remote education project in Shanxi.
