警察教育:公民教育与职业教育之兼容共进

摘　　要：客观上,警察职业化发展需要警察教育培养职业化专门人才,公民社会崛起需要警察教育兼具公民教育的使命。事实上,当前我国警察教育存在职业教育不足和与公民教育"疏离"的双重困境。警察教育的发展方向应是公民教育与职业教育的兼容共进,具体途径为:一是警察教育应突出公民社会的思想内核;二是整合和完善课程体系,实施公民教育与职业教育相结合的基本策略;三是拓展实践活动,为提升警察职业技能和实施公民教育提供平台。Objectively, police professional development needs police education to train specialized talents ot occupation, and the rise of civil society needs the police education with citizen education mission. However, there is a double dilemma which the police vocation education is inadequate and the police civic education is ＂ alienation＂ for our country. The developing direction of police education should be civic education for compatibility with vocation education. First, police education should highlight the ideological core of civil society; Second, the curriculum system should be integrated, implementing the basic strategy of civic education and vocation education combining; Third, developing practice activities to provide a platform for the improvement of police occupation skill and implementation of civic education.
