摘 要:利用EFS油泵试验台测量数据,从电液延迟、喷油规律、油量线性化、供油定时等方面研究了电控组合泵燃油喷射系统的喷油特性,进行了基本供油特性MAP标定并分析了供油一致性。研究结果表明:喷油压力建立在凸轮等速段时,随转速升高系统电液关闭延迟减小,开启延迟增大;在大部分转速下油量呈线性,喷油规律形状接近矩形,基本符合先缓后急、断油迅速的喷油要求;供油提前角对循环喷油量基本没有影响。在凸轮非等速段时,循环喷油量会受供油提前角的影响;在高转速小油量下,各缸供油一致性较差。By using French EFS pump test bench, the injection characteristics of electron-controlled assembly pump (ECAP) system were measured and studied on the aspects of electronic and hydraulic delay, injection rate, delivery linearity and injection timing. Meanwhile, basic delivery MAP calibration and delivery consistency analysis were conducted. Resulls show that when the injection process begins in constant speed section of the cam, the electronic and hydraulic opening delay increases and its cut-off delay decreases with engine speed increasing, fuel delivery is linear in most engine speeds and injection rate shape is nearly rectangular,basically meeting requirements of slow-rapid injection and sudden cut-off, and fuel injection timing has no influence on the cyclic delivery; when it begins in variable speed section, the cyclic delivery is affected by fuel injection timing;and fuel delivery evenness of cylinders becomes poor in high speed and small delivery condition.
