摘　　要：该文立足于农林院校的办学特点与中国法语就业市场趋势这一角度,分析在激烈的办学与就业竞争中,如何使农林院校法语办学与人才培养具备自身的特点与竞争力,并为这一目标的实现提出几种对策与建议。Summary：Focused on the running features for agricultural or forestry colleges and on the trends in employment market for French major students in China, this article discusses on the ways of possessing individual characteristics for running a French department and making the students more competitive in the context of intense competence of French department running and job seeking, then it suggests several countermeasures and proposals for achieving this target.
