摘　　要：化妆品禁限用物质检测方法相关法规和标准的制定和执行是保证化妆品质量安全的基石。较详细地介绍了中国、美国、法国、德国等国家和国际标准化组织(ISO)、欧盟委员会等国际组织的化妆品相关法规和标准概况,对化妆品的禁限用物质检测方法进行了对比分析。为促进我国化妆品禁限用物质检测方法标准的完善,并与国外先进标准和国际标准的接轨提供建议和参考。Establishment and implementation of regulations and standards for determination of prohibited or restricted ingredients in cosmetics are the basis for the safety quality of cosmetics. The regulations and standards concerning the prohibited or restricted ingredients in cosmetics issued by countries such as China, the United States, France and Germany as well as international organizations such as ISO and European Union were reviewed and the method for determination prohibited or restricted ingredients in cosmetics were compared. Recommendations and suggestions for improvement of Chinese current regulations and standards to match the worldwide requirement were provided.
