摘 要:目的 观察在应激状态下大鼠大脑皮层和海马、肝、肾、胃粘膜中丙二醛 (MDA)含量以及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -PX)和钙泵 (Ca2 +-ATPase)活性的变化。方法 采用捆扎大鼠四肢并固定头部后淹水致剑突制成应激模型。结果 随着应激时间的延长 ,脏器中MDA含量逐步增加 ,GSH -PX和Ca2 +-ATPase活性也代偿性增加 ,且酶活性增加高峰一般均在应激 2h。结论 随着应激时间的延长 ,机体产生的自由基大量增加 ,氧化作用加强 。Objective This experiment was designed to investigate the Changes of content of MDA and the activity of GSH-PX and Ca 2+ -ATPaxe in cerebral cortex and hippocampus、liver、kidney、gustric mucosa.Methods The rat strees model was used,which was established by binding four limbs,fixing the head on shelf and soaking the rat in water.Results The results showed that content of MDA,which represented the production of lipid peroxide in organs,increased as stress time prolonged.In the meantime,the activity of GSH-PX and Ca 2+ -ATPase,both of which played an important role in clearing radicals was enhanced compensa tively.The peak usual is at the second hour under stress.Conclusion The results indicate that the radicals increas as stress time is prolonged,the action of oxidation is enhanced.In the meantime,the activity of antioxidation of radical-clearing system is enhanced too.
