美塑树脂贴面修复前牙间隙的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨意大利美塑树脂贴面在不备牙情况下修复前牙间隙。方法：来我院口腔科就诊26位患者,前牙无缺失,咬合关系正常,牙周健康,前牙存在≤3mm间隙的情况下要求关闭间隙。通过牙面清洁,排龈,取模,比色,树脂贴片制作,粘结,打磨,抛光等步骤进行78单位美塑树脂贴面修复,随访6个月-2年。结果：26位患者随访6个月-2年显示,25位患者树脂贴面均正常,色泽、形态均无明显变化；1例发生脱落,无过敏现象。结论：美塑树脂贴面可以在不进行牙体预备情况下关闭前牙间隙,贴面在与天然牙颜色过度、强度、耐磨、稳定性及生物学特性等方面都有很理想的效果。Objective：To explore Italy and the ENA HRI plastic resin veneers are not prepared in case of restoration of anterior teeth tooth gap. Methods：Come to my hospital dental visits 26 patients, no front teeth missing, normal occlusion, periodontal health, anterior≤3mm gap exists in the case asked to close the gap. By cleaning the tooth surface, gingival, modulus, color, resin chip production, bonding, grinding, polishing and other steps 78 units mesotherapy resin veneer, followed up for 6 months to 2 years.Results：26 patients were followed for 6 months to 2 years showed that 25 patients resin veneers were normal, color, shape did not change significantly;1 case of loss, no allergies.Conclusions：ENA HRI plastic resin veneers can without tooth preparation close the gap front teeth, veneers and natural tooth color in excessive strength, wear, stability and biological characteristics and other aspects have very good results.
