摘  要:目的:探讨子宫动脉栓塞术治疗前后宫颈癌患者血流动力学及微血管密度的变化情况。方法:采用子宫动脉栓塞术进行治疗的49例宫颈癌患者为观察组,同时期的49名健康妇女为对照组,将观察组治疗前、治疗后3d、7d与对照组的子宫动脉血流动力学指标及微血管密度进行比较。结果:观察组治疗后3d与7d的血流动力学及微血管密度指标均低于治疗前,治疗后7d均低于治疗后3d,且治疗前及治疗后3d均高于对照组,观察组中不同分期者的变化均较大,P均<0.05。结论:子宫动脉栓塞术治疗前后宫颈癌患者血流动力学及微血管密度的变化较为明显,对不同分期患者的干预效果均较好。Objective:To study the change state of hemodynamics and microvessel density of patients with cervical carcinoma before and after the uterine artery embolization.Methods:49 patients with cervical carcinoma and treated with uterine artery embolization were selected as observation group,49 healthy personal at the same time were selected as control group,then the uterine artery hemodynamics and microvessel density indexes of observation group before the treatment and at 3rd,7th day after the treatment and control group were compared.Results:The hemodynamics and microvessel density indexes of observation group at 3rd,7th day after the treatment were all lower than those before the treatment,and those indexes at 7th day after the treatment were lower than those at 3rd day after the treatment,while those indexes of observation group before the treatment and at 3rd day after the treatment were all higher than those of control grup,those indexes change of observation group with different stages were all bigger,all P〈0.05. Conclusion:The change of the hemodynamics and microvessel density of patients with cervical carcinoma before and after the uterine artery embolization are obvious,and its intervention effect for patients with different stages are all better.
