去白细胞输血对于恶性血液病患者免疫功能影响临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究对恶性血液病患者输入去白细胞的血液后,患者的免疫功能影响。方法:我院选择206例恶性血液病患者,随机分为两组,对照组104例,输入常规的血液;观察组102例,输入去白细胞的血液。对这两组患者的NK细胞、T细胞亚群的活性以及红细胞C3b受体花环率进行比较。结果:两组患者输血前的NK细胞、T细胞亚群的活性以及红细胞C3b受体花环率等细胞免疫功能比较未见明显差异(P>0.05)。对照组患者输血前后T3、红细胞C3b受体花环率等细胞免疫功能指标差异较为显著,观察组患者输血前后T3、T4、T4/T8、NK细胞活性以及红细胞C3b受体花环率等指标差异较为显著,而且观察组患者的T4、T4/T8、NK细胞活性以及红细胞C3b受体花环率等指标和对照组相比,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:输入去白细胞的血液能够明显改善恶性血液病患者的细胞免疫功能。Objective：To study the input for the patients with hematologic malignancies leukoreduced blood, affect the immune function of patients with. Methods：In our hospital 206 cases of malignant blood disease patients, which were randomly divided into two groups, including 104 patients as control group, these patients input routine blood, the other 102 cases as the observation group, the patients input leukoreduced blood. To compare the activity of the two groups of patients with NK cell, T cell subsets and erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette rate. Results：The activity of two groups of patients before blood transfusion in NK cell, T cell subsets and erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette rate and cellular immune function, no obvious difference, no statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ）. Different control parameters before and after T3, patients blood erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette rate and cellular immune function is more significant, difference observed groups before and after blood transfusion, T4 T3, T4/T8, NK cell activity and erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette rate was significant, but compared to the observation group of patients with T4, T4/T8, NK cell activity and red cell C3b receptor rosette rate and the control group, significantly higher than that in control group, compared the differences between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Compared to the observation group patients and patients in the control group, blood to white blood cells can obviously improve the cellular immune function in patients with malignant hematological diseases, and is worthy of popularizing in clinical use.
