摘　　要：目的:探讨胰腺实性假乳头瘤的CT影像特点,提高对该病的认识和术前诊断准确率。方法:回顾性分析6例经手术及病理证实胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的CT表现。结果:4例为女性。CT平扫表现为胰腺的囊实性占位,增强后实性成分明显强化,具有完整包膜。6例中5例与手术结果一致,1例误诊为胰腺癌。结论:胰腺实性假乳头状瘤好发于年轻女性,具有一定CT特异征象,术前CT诊断可以达到较高的诊断准确率。Objective：To explore the CT image characteristics of solid-pseudopapillary tumors of pancreas（SPTP）, to improve the knowledge of this disease.and preoperative diagnostic accuracy rate.Methods：A retrospective analysis of six cases confirmed the CT findings of pancreatic solid pseudopapillary tumor by surgery and pathology.Results：Four cases were female. CT scan showed pancreatic cystic masses, the solid component showed significantly enhanced.All cases had complete capsule. In 6 cases, 5 were consistent with the operation result, 1 cases were misdiagnosed as pancreatic carcinoma.Conclusion：Solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas typically occurred in young women, had certain specific features of CT, CT in preoperative diagnosis can achieve higher diagnostic accuracy.
