摘 要:目的:通过对儿童青少年发育状况的研究,探讨骨骼发育水平与生活年龄、身高与体重之间的关系。方法:对656例0.9-22.9岁的儿童青少年的左腕及左膝关节进行X光摄片,采用《中国人手腕骨发育CHN及TW2法》进行评分测定。结果:骨龄与生活年龄呈正相关,7-16岁男女骨龄均值小于生活年龄。7-11岁、12-13岁及15-17岁阶段女性骨龄明显大于男性(P〈0.01)。结论:骨龄能客观评价青少年的生长发育,可作为矮小症筛查的的重要指标。Objective:To study the skeletal development of Children and adolescents and discuss the relationship between skeletal age, height and weight. Methods:656 cases took X-ray films of left wrists and knees, all dates were scored according to the Chinese Wrist Skeletal Development Standard CHN and TW2 Method. Results:Skeletal age had a positive correlation with chronological. Male and female's skeletal age was lower than chronological age in most of the age groups. The skeletal age of females was higher than males (P〈0.01). Conclusion:Skeletal age can evaluate the growth of youth development, It is an important indicator for dwarfism Screening.
