人工鼻泪管植入术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察人工鼻泪管植入术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效.方法 慢性泪囊炎82例（83眼）采用人工鼻泪管植入术,分析其疗效.结果 随访6～28个月,65眼溢泪消失,泪道冲洗通畅,9眼有间断溢泪,泪道冲洗通畅或加压后通畅,9眼泪道冲洗不通畅,总有效率为89.16%（74/83）.结论 人工鼻泪管植入术操作简捷,是一种微创、安全、有效治疗慢性泪囊炎的方法.Objective To observe the efficiency of artificial nasolacrimal duct implants for the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis and evaluate the clinical use. Methods Eighty-two patients （83 eyes） with chronic dacryocystitis who received artificial nasolacrimal duct implantation were analyzed. Results After 6 - 28 months follow-up, epiphora of 65 eyes disappeared, the symptom of 9 eyes alleviated, and 74 eyes were unobstructed with the effective rate of 89.16%. The symptom of 9 eyes did not not change. Conclusion The artificial nasolacrimal duct implantation operation is a simple, safe and effective minimally invasive treatment method for chronic dacryocystitis.
