胃癌局部引流淋巴结单核细胞分布观察

摘　　要：应用抗人单核细胞单克隆抗体 Leu3a,Leu5b,Leu2b,LeuM1,Leu9,Leu10,CD21,对54例胃癌和9例胃良性病变的胃局部引流淋巴结进行 ABC 免疫组化染色,原位观察淋巴结中单核细胞分布状况。胃癌局部引流淋巴结 B 区和 T 区有不同程度的增生,前者更明显。淋巴滤泡以第Ⅱ～Ⅲ期为主;T 小结以散在高内皮静脉和指突状网状细胞、T 辅助细胞聚集的第Ⅱ期 T 小结为多;区中激活 T数量较良性病变淋巴结中激活 T 数量少;转移灶中抑制 T 淋巴细胞数量增加,裸细胞数量无明显增加。Mononuclear cell(MNC)in tumor-draining Lymph nodes from 54 cases of gastric cancer were analysed through an avidin-biotin immunoperoxidase system with a panel McAbs against MNC subsets. It was found there were marked proliferation of lymphoid follicles with the secondary T-nodules,ie. constituted with mainly Leu3a positive helper/inducer subset cells,scattered Leu10 positive interdigitating reticuluim cells and high endothelial venules.There are less activated Leu10 positive T cells in paracotical areas of gastric cancer draining lymph nodes than those in benign gastric diseases'. An increase of suppressant T Leu2b positive cells was observed in the metastasis regions of lymph node, but no null cells increase was found in the same areas.These findings present some marks about the immunofunction status of the patients with gastric cancer.
