摘 要:目的研究核转录因子(E2F-1)和原癌基因(c-Myc)在年龄在35岁以下宫颈上皮内瘤病变(CIN)和宫颈鳞癌(SCC)中的表达及其相关性,探讨E2F-1和c-Myc在SCC发生发展中的关系与临床病理关系。方法选择手术切除的SCC组织标本40份、CIN标本31份,正常宫颈组织(NCE)10份,采用免疫组化SP法检测各组E2F-1和c-Myc的表达情况,并通过统计学方法分析其表达情况以及与肿瘤分期、病理分型、淋巴结转移等之间的相互关系。结果 SCC组中E2F-1阳性表达率为77.5%(31/40),显著高于CIN组和NCE组(P<0.01),E2F-1的表达与SCC的分期及淋巴结转移有相关性(P<0.01)。c-Myc在SCC中的阳性表达率为62.5%(25/40),显著高于CIN组和NCE组(P<0.01),c-Myc在SCC中的表达与分化及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.01),但其与分期无关。通过相关性分析发现两者在SCC组织中表达呈正相关。结论 E2F-1和c-Myc在SCC发生、发展中起重要作用,E2F-1和c-Myc上调表达可作为SCC预后的判断指标。Abstract:Objective To determine the expression of E2F-I and c-Myc in cervix neoplasms,CIN of young women under 35 and discuss the relationship of E2F-1 and c-Mye in SCC. Methods The expressions of E2F-1 and e-Myc in 40 eases in SCC,31 cases of CIN and 10 cases of NCE were detected by immunohistochemistry S-P and analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of E2F-1 in SCC was 77.5%(31/40)significantly higher than that in CIN and NCE (P〈0.01),the expression of E2F-1 was located with myometrial invasion,lymph nedemetastasis,elinical stage and pathological staging (P〈0.01). The expression rate of c-Myc in SCC was 62.5%(25/40)significantly higher than that in CIN and NCE (P〈0.01),but it was unrelated with the stage. Expressions of them were positively correlated with SCC. Conclusions E2F-1 and e-Mye in SCC play an important role in SCC and they can be taken as the indicators for prognosis of the disease.
