摘　　要：详细研究凝胶电泳的原理和相关应用,以及凝胶电泳的生化实验步骤。为了利用凝胶电泳图像计算得出DNA样品的分子量和光密度值,对读取的图像进行预处理,利用分段线性变换的图像增强方法和阈值收缩去噪算法将图像增强,通过阈值分割方法选取泳道范围;设计了电泳仪分析软件系统。In this paper, the principles and the application of the gel electrophoresis was described. During gel image pre-processing of the issue, combined with sub-linear transformation of preprocessing, mark the lanes with the method combined ：with sub-linear transformation of image enhancement and threshold shrinkage devoicing, designed electrophoresis analysis software system.
