摘 要:针对锂电池组充放电过程中的单体均衡问题,基于实时单体参量高精度检测与快速反馈调节原理,设计并实现了一种便携式锂电池组单体电压在线主动均衡系统。该系统在蓄电池组使用过程中的实时采集电压、电流、温度等电池参量,通过蓄电池组总电压给单体充电的方式,实现了蓄电池组各个单体过充、欠充、过放、过温条件下单体间的均衡,系统整体尺寸为160*60*105mm,配备于蓄电池组进行在线均衡调节。实验结果表明,该系统能够实现9只单体的实时主动均衡,尖峰电流均衡响应时间在300s左右实现各个单体之间的电压不平衡度低于5%,达到蓄电池组现场应用中实时主动均衡进而保证安全供能的目标。A portable lithium battery cell voltage line active balancing system was designed and implemented, aiming for the monomer equilibrium problems of lithium batteries during charge and discharge period, based on real-time high-precision detection and rapid parametric feedback regulation principles. The system was used in the process of the battery pack by detecting real-time acquisition voltage, current, temperature and other parameters of the battery. The system achieved every single battery's overcharge, charge less, over discharge, over-temperature condition between monomers initiative balance by charging monomer from the total voltage. The overall system size is 160"60"105mm, with in-line battery equalization adjustment. Experimental results showed that the system could achieve the 9 monomer real-time proactive equilibrium, the balanced response time of peak current was around 300s, to adjust the monomers'unbalance less than 5% voltage, reaching real-time on-site battery active balance applications thereby ensuring the energy supply safety target.
