黄杜鹃花对3种仓库害虫的毒杀试验

摘　　要：黄杜鹃花甲醇抽提物对赤拟谷盗、米象、谷蠹具有毒杀作用 ,处理后 30天的LC50 分别为 3.51mg/g、5.57mg/g和 4.38mg/g ,且对赤拟谷盗成虫的种群有较强的繁殖抑制作用 ,用 1 0mg/g浓度处理 60天和 90天的繁殖抑制率分别为 94.1 0 %和 92 .30 % ,说明黄杜鹃花能有效抑制赤拟谷盗成虫种群的繁殖达 90天。Results of laboratory indicated that the methanol extract of Rhododendron molle flowers showed potent toxic property against the adults of Tribolium castaneum,Sitophilus oryzae and Rhizopertha dominica. The values of LC 50 were 3.51 、5.57 and 4.38mg/g,respectively,after 30 day treatment. The results also demonstrated that the methanol extract showed strong inhibitory fecundity against the Tribolium castaneum. The rate of inhibitory fecundity was 94.10% and 92.30% respectively,treated with 10mg/g after 60 day and 90 day treatment.
