放松训练法对突发性聋患者生活质量和焦虑抑郁情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨放松训练疗法对突发性聋患者生活质量及焦虑抑郁状态的影响。方法2009年7月～2012年12月浙江省兰溪市人民医院住院治疗的突发性聋患者80例，随机分为观察组及对照组，每组40例。对照组常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上加用放松训练疗法，在治疗前后分别记录患者的生存质量量表（WHOQOL—BREF）及焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）得分。结果生存质量情况：经过治疗后，两组在心理、社会关系领域及总的生存质量及健康状况等的分值较治疗前明显提高，且观察组优于对照组（P〈0．05）；焦虑抑郁情况：治疗后，两组的SAS及SDS得分均降低且观察组要优于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗效果：完成治疗后，观察组的有效率及显效率均显著高于对照组（P〈O．05）。结论放松训练疗法可改善突发性聋患者生存质量，减轻患者的焦虑、抑郁状态，有效地提高临床疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of relaxation training on the quality of life and anxiety-depression in patients with sudden deafness. Methods Patients with sudden deafness in Lanxi People＇s Hospital from July 2009 to December 2012 were selected, 80 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 patients in each group. Control group received routine therapy, while observation group were given routine therapy and relaxation training therapy. WHOQOL-BREF, SAS and SDS were used to evaluate the quahty of life and anxiety-depression emotion before and after intervention. Results Quality of life： after treatment, the two groups in psychological, social relationship and overall quality of life and health status scores were significantly improved compared with before treatment, and the observation group had better ef fect than the control group （P 〈 0.05）; anxiety-depression status： after treatment, the SAS and SDS scores reduced in two groups, and the observation group had better effect than the control group （P 〈 0.05）; effect of therapy： the rate of hearing improvement and significant improvement with observation group were markedly higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Relaxation training therapy can improve the quality of life in patients with sudden deafness, reduce patient anxiety and depression, and effectively improve the clinical efficacy.
