摘 要:建立了气相色谱.质谱(GC/MS)测定化妆品中16种有机氯农药的分析方法。化妆品经酸性乙腈提取、凝胶色谱(GPC)净化后进行GC/MS测定,外标法定量。结果表明所有农药在0.01~1mg/L范围内线性关系良好。方法的检出限为O.01~0.1mg/kg。在0.3mg/kg的添加水平下,化妆水、乳液和唇膏3种基质中16种有机氯农药的平均加标回收率为71.6%~129%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.2%~6.6%,该方法适用于化妆品中16种有机氯农药的同时测定,可为我国建立化妆品中相应检测方法提供参考。A gas chromatography-mass spectrometric method was developed for the determination of 16 organoehlorine pesticides in cosmetics. This method includes simple extraction of the samples with acetonitrile containing 1% acetic acid followed by gel permeation chromatography (GPC) for cleanup step and GC-MS for detection. The method had a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 01 - 1.00 mg/L and the limits of detection ranged from 0. 01 to 0. 1 mg/kg. The average recoveries of 16 organochlorine pesticides were in the range from 71.6% to 129% at the spiked level of 0. 3 mg/kg into three cosmetic matrixes (Toner, lotion, lipstick) with the relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 1.2% - 6. 6%. The recommended method is simple, rapid, sensitive and specific. It is reliable for the routine monitoring of 16 organochlorine pesticide in cosmetics.
