中职生与企业员工的职业预期的对比分析——以汽车运用与维修专业为例

摘　　要：职业预期对中职学生职业能力的培养以及就业有着极为重要的作用,但这一核心理念并没有受到应有的重视。通过对中职学生与企业员工的问卷调查发现,两者的职业预期在学习进修、晋升空间与自我实现方面存在显著差异,且两者的职业预期所受到的影响因素上也同样存在显著性差异。由此可见,学校、企业和社会要更加关注中职生的职业预期,这样他们才会形成正确的人生观、价值观与择业观。Career expectations play a very important role in vocational competence cultivation and employment of secondary vocational students. But this core concept has not been taken seriously. Through a questionnaire survey between secondary vocational school students and enterprise employees, there has been found a significant difference in further study, promotion space and self-actualization between the two. Meanwhile, there is a significant difference in the influence factors of their career expectations between them. Thus, schools, enterprises and society should pay more attention to the career expectations of secondary vocational school students, so that the students could form a proper outlook on life, values and view of employment.
