摘　　要：这是世界上首次报道无性繁殖来源的哺乳动物,即克隆哺乳动物的野外生态适应性研究,我们将其称之为克隆动物生态学(Cloned Animal Ecology).分别将体细胞克隆羊和克隆牛放养在蒙古高原较为严酷的环境中,通过GPS(Global Positioning System)卫星定位系统全天候跟踪,对克隆动物的牧食行为与生态适应性进行研究.结果表明,克隆羊和克隆牛均表现出优良的气候适应性,在较短时间内就能适应严酷的自由牧食状态;具备良好的放牧随群性,与本地牛或羊随群牧食,社群行为良好;具有正常的放牧状态下的繁殖能力.这些结果不仅说明克隆动物是健康的,而且同有性生殖动物一样,具有良好的环境适应能力和野外恶劣环境生存能力.本研究对于利用优秀的克隆动物进行家畜良种培育,特别是培育适合于不同草原生境的优良草食家畜具有重要意义.The study of adaptivity to free--range grazing of the cloned animals or the asexual re- produced mammals is firstly reported. This study is called ＂Cloned Animal Ecology＇. Herein, one cloned Dorper ram and two cloned Wagyu bulls were transported to the harsh grassland of Inner Mongolian desert areas to study the grazing behavior and ecological adaptivity of the cloned mam- mals in grasslands by tracking them throughout the day using Global Positioning System. The re- sults showed that both the cloned sheep and the cloned beef cattle displayed excellent climate and e- cology adaptability in the extremely harsh desert conditions. The cloned animals have excellent graz- ing capability of following flock, synchronizations of free grazing activities with groups and good so- cial behaviors. The cloned animals possess the normal reproduction ability and produced healthy lambs and calves. It is further confirmed that the cloned sheep and cattle are not only healthy,but also behave the same as the animals of sexual production whichhave excellent ecological adaptability and survival a- bility in free--grazing environment. The results will be important to breed varieties of herbivores to adapt to various grasslands in Inner Mongolia and even in Northern China.
