摘  要:在单因素试验的基础上,采用L9(34)正交试验设计对长白楤木叶皂苷的提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,最佳提取工艺参数为体积分数70%的乙醇为提取剂、提取剂用量50mL、超声波提取时间30min、超声波功率200W,提取率为26.78mg/g。富集提取后的皂苷,以HPD-100树脂纯化、硅胶柱层析、制备液相进行分离,获得一个皂苷单体,经核磁共振法鉴定为楤木叶皂苷A。One-factor-at-a-time method and L9(34) orthogonal array design were employed to optimize the extraction pro- cess of saponins from ,4ralia contenentalis leaves. The results showed that the optimal conditions of ultrasonic extraction were determined as follows: ethanol concentration of 70%, material-to-liquid ratio of 1:50 (g/mL), extraction duration of 30 rain and ultrasonic power of 200 W. Under the optimal extraction process, the extraction yield of saponins was up to 26.78 mg/g. Mac- roporous adsorption resin HPD-100, silica gel, SephadexLH-20 and preparative HPLC were used to separate the extracted saponin and congmuyenoside A was identified by NMR.
