摘 要:为研制烟酰胺分子印迹电化学传感器,以邻苯二胺作为功能单体,烟酰胺为模板分子,在pH5.7醋酸盐缓冲溶液中采用循环伏安法在玻碳电极表面电聚合形成分子印迹敏感膜,并以此作为识别元件制备电流型烟酰胺分子印迹电化学传感器。结果表明:烟酰胺浓度在1.0×10~1.1×10^-6mol/L的范围内与峰电流呈良好的线性关系,检出限达4.5X10^9mol/L。该传感器具有灵敏度高、选择性好、制备简单且成本低的优势,并可对饮料中微量的烟酰胺进行定量分析。In this study, a sensitive sensor based on molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) of o-phenylenediamine as a functional monomer was designed, and its configuration and performance were explored. The progress of the electropolymerization was performed in an acetate buffer solution (pH 5.7) containing 1.0 mmol/L nicotinamide and 3.0 mmol/L o-phenylenediamine on the surface of a glassy carbon electrode. The molecularly imprinted polymer membrane was characterized using cyclic voltammetry (CV). The linear range was 1.0 × 10.8 × 1.0 ×10.6 μmol/L and limit of detection was 4.5 × 10-9 mol/L. The sensor was sensi- tive, selective, easy to use and cheap and could be applied to the determination of trace nicotinamide in beverage.
