月桂酸对番茄叶霉病及番茄抗性生理指标的影响  被引量:7

摘  要:采用室内抑菌试验和田间防病试验相结合的方式,研究了不同浓度月桂酸对番茄叶霉菌菌丝生长、抗病效果及抗性生理指标的影响。结果表明:月桂酸浓度为0.05~1mmol·L^(-1)时,对番茄叶霉菌菌丝均具有不同程度的抑制作用,0.1mmol·L^(-1)月桂酸处理的抑菌效果最好,与对照相比差异极显著,在培养5d时抑制率最大,为33.64%。田间防病试验也表明,0.1mmol·L^(-1)月桂酸处理效果较好,当对照严重发病时,其发病率仅为55.67%,病情指数为32.50,防病效果达到44.33%。不同浓度的月桂酸对番茄根系活力有不同程度的促进作用,0.1mmol·L^(-1)月桂酸处理3次取样的根系活力分别比对照提高53.05%,27.24%和95.34%。适宜浓度的月桂酸对丙二醛(MDA)含量和相对电导率起到抑制作用,并随浓度增加抑制强度降低。当浓度为0.1mmol·L^(-1)时,表现的抑制作用最大:在0.05~0.1mmol·L^(-1)时,月桂酸对多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性表现为促进作用,且在0.1mmol·L^(-1)时促进作用最大,分别比对照提高80.1%,40.6%和20.86%。In a combination of indoor antibacterial test and field disease prevention trial,a simulation test was conducted to study the effects of different concentractions of lauric acid on tomato leaf mould hypha growth,disease resistance and physiological effect.The results showed that at the concentration of 0.05~ 1 mmol· L-1,tomato leaf mold hyphae was inhibited at different degrees.0.1 mmol· L-1 bacteriostatic had the best effect,with maximum inhibition rate of 33.64% after 5d culture.The field disease prevention trial also showed that 0.1mmol· L-1 the incidence of only 55.67%,the disease index of 32.50,the disease control effect of 44.33%.Different concentrations of lauric acid different degrees of promoting root growth,0.1mmol·L-1 increased the root activity by 53.05%,27.24%,95.34% than CK respectively.The MDA content and relative electricity conductivity were inhibited by lauric acid at a appropriate concentration,and the inhibitory rates were enhanced with the increasing concentration.Up to 0.1 mmol· L-1,lauric acid presented the strongest inhibition.With the increasing of lauric acid concentration (0.05-0.1mmol· L-1),PAL activity,PPO activity and POD activity were promoted,and 0.1mmol· L-1 treatment had the biggest allelopathic promtion,increased by 80.01%,40.6%,20.86% than CK respectively
