东北地区3种蒲公英的生殖方式

摘　　要：蒲公英属中广泛存在无融合生殖现象,通过对不同种蒲公英生殖方式的研究和确定,为蒲公英无融合生殖研究奠定理论基础。采用去雄套袋试验、流式细胞仪和胚胎学观察对东北地区东北蒲公英(Taraxacum ohwianum Kitam.)、丹东蒲公英(Taraxacum antungense Kitag.)、斑叶蒲公英(Taraxacum variegatum Kitag.)的生殖方式进行研究,首次对这3种蒲公英的生殖方式进行确定。结果表明,东北蒲公英为有性生殖,丹东蒲公英为专性无融合生殖,斑叶蒲公英为兼性无融合生殖。Apomixis is widespread phenomenon in Taraxacum.Researching and determining apomixis of different species of dandelion might help us to lay a good theoretical foundation for studying dandelion apomixis.Emasculation bagging test,flow cytometry instrument and embryological observation were used for studying the reproductive way of the Taraxacum ohwianum Kitam.,Taraxacum antungense Kitag.,Taraxacum variegatum Kitag.in this experiment,which was the first time to determine the reproductive modes of the three dandelions.The results showed that reproductive way of Taraxacum ohwianum Kitam.,Taraxacum antungense Kitag.and Taraxacum variegatum Kitag.are sexual reproduction,obligate apomicts and facultative apomicts,respectively.
