摘  要:以离体培养的花粉萌发率为指标,对山杏花粉生活力及其贮藏力进行研究,结果表明:在同一培养基上山杏无性系内不同分株花粉生活力存在极显著差异,39-F花粉的生活力最高(91.54%),39-B的花粉生活力最低(54.56%),培养时间为6h时,花粉萌发率最高;不同无性系间花粉生活力存在极显著差异,39号花粉的生活力最高(85.13%),28号花粉的生活力最低(5.63%);贮藏温度对山杏花粉生活力有很大影响,-20℃冷冻贮藏有利于保持花粉的生活力,4℃低温贮藏次之,室温25℃条件不利于花粉的长期贮藏。In this experiment,the pollen of Armeniaca sibirica was used as experimental material to carry on studies on the viability and storage capacity,and the germination rate in vitro culture was recorded number.The results showed that the pollen viability of different individuals in the identical clone had the remarkable difference on the same culture medium,the highest was the 39-F whose pollen viability could achieve 91.54%,while the lowest was the 39-B with about 54.56%.When the pollens were cultured for 6 hours,the pollen germination rate was the highest.There was also significant difference in the pollen viability from different clones,the No.39 pollen viability was the best at 85.13%,and the worst was No.28 at 5.63%.Storage temperature had great effect on pollen viability.-20 ℃ was favorable for keeping pollen viability,and 4 ℃ took the second place,and ordinary temperature 25 ℃ was not conducive to the pollen storage.
