摘  要:针对我国现阶段供水管网突发污染事故应急响应技术体系尚不成熟完善的现状,在回顾近年来典型突发水源污染事故和局部管网污染事故的基础上,从解决供水管网突发污染事故应急处理的具体措施展开研究,阐述了包括监测点优化布置和污染源追踪定位技术在内的管网突发污染事故的预警及响应研究进展,并系统总结了以应急水处理、污染范围及影响评估、停水或者降压供水、管网冲洗为主要技术控制策略的污染事故响应流程,提出供水管网突发污染事故的应急响应与控制策略。Aimed at the improvement on emergency response system for sudden contamination accident in present water supply network, and considered the typical sudden water source contamination accident and local network contamination accident in recent years, the specific measures were carried out. The early warning and response of sudden network accident, including optimization arrangement of monitoring points and tracing positioning of contaminant sources were elaborated. The contamination accident response processes of main control strategies, such as emergency water treatment, contaminated range, impact evaluation, pressure reduction of water supply and pipeline cleaning were summarized systematically. The emergency response and control strategy of sudden contamination accident in water supply network were put forward.
