试析高职学历教育才培养的“岗位导向型”模式

摘　　要：不同的社会需求和行业岗位,决定着高职学历教育必须兼具不同类型的人才培养模式。高职学历教育应面对特定岗位的"岗位型"和行业领域的"岗位群型"的人才需求,确立相对应的"岗位导向型"和"行业导向型"人才培养模式。在对"岗位导向型"与"行业导向型"的特点进行分析的基础上,提出了"岗位导向型"人才培养模式的具体运用方案。Different social needs and industry posts decide that higher vocational academic education should have the different talent training modes and establish the corresponding talent training mode of job - oriented type and industry - oriented type in the facing of the employment requirements of the specific post. This paper puts forward the practical ap- plication plan of the job - oriented talent training mode based on the analysis of the characteristics of the job - oriented type and industry- oriented type.
