摘  要:采用有限元方法建立轨道—桥梁三维空间模型,采用多刚体动力学方法建立31个自由度车辆模型,应用非线性赫兹接触模拟轮轨之间可分离的接触关系,根据轮轨间的位移协调条件建立车—线—桥耦合系统动力方程。采用显示积分与隐式积分相结合的数值积分方法分别求解车辆和桥梁的动力方程,然后进行耦合系统动力响应分析。运用该方法对京沪高速铁路某四线96m跨度钢箱系杆拱桥的动力响应及行车安全性能进行分析。结果表明:该大跨度钢箱系杆拱桥拥有足够的竖向和横向刚度,满足动力特性和列车走行性的各项指标要求;车体振动加速度、脱轨系数和横向轮轨力符合规范要求。针对我国现行规范规定的准静态轮重减载率在评判高速列车运行安全性时偏于保守的问题,建议综合考虑动态轮重减载率、轮重减载率超限持续时间以及轮重减载率超越概率等多项指标,对列车运行的安全性进行综合判断。The whole three-dimensional model of track-bridge system is established by finite element method, and the multi-rigid-body dynamics is employed to build the vehicle model with 31 degrees of freedom. According to the displacement coordinating conditions between wheel and track, the dynamic equations of trait〉track-bridge coupled system are constructed and the nonlinear Hertzian contact theory is used to sim- ulate the separable contact relationship between wheel and track. A numerical integration method, which is the combination of the explicit and implicit integrations, is adopted to solve the dynamic equations of ve- hicle and bridge respectively, and then the dynamic response of the interaction system is analyzed. With this method, the dynamic response and running safety of certain 96 m steel box tied arch bridge with {our- track of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway are analyzed. The results indicate that this long-span steel box tied arch bridge has enough lateral and vertical stiffness to meet each index requirement for dynamic characteristics and train running property. The carbody acceleration, derailment coefficient and the trans- verse wheel-track force satisfy code requirements. The quasi-static wheel unloading rate defined in current code is conservative to evaluate the running safety of high-speed train. It is suggested that a number of in- dexes, such as dynamic wheel unloading rate, the duration of wheel unloading rate exceeding the limit, the exceeding probability of wheel unloading rate and so on should be comprehensively considered to synthetically judge the running safety of train.
