摘  要:为揭示水稻叶色突变体——高光A和9522中脉白苗期对光强的响应,在光照培养箱中采用遮光法,观测了6种光强下2个水稻叶色突变体及其野生型的出叶速度、苗高和叶绿体色素的动态变化.结果表明,相同生长期内,各种光强下水稻叶色突变体的叶龄和苗高均小于野生型,且高光A比9522中脉白对光强更敏感.高光强下的高光A叶片白化表现最明显,而9522中脉白的叶片白化最明显表现在低光强.2个水稻叶色突变体的叶绿体色素含量与野生型差异最小时的光强均为9 000lx,但高光A和9522中脉白的差异最大时的光强分别为21 000lx和18000lx,这为今后深入研究2个水稻叶色突变体的内在机制提供了先决条件.During the seedling stage, six light intensities of illumination incubator were made with the vari- ous shading method, dynamic changes of leaf emergence rate, seedling height and chloroplast pigments in two rice leaf albino mutants (Gaoguang A and 9522 with white midrib) and their wild types were deter- mined in order that the responses of mutants to light intensities during seedling stage were revealed and the optimal light intensity of expressing leaf color were found. The results were showed that the leaf age and seedling plant of two mutants were lower than those of wide type under various light intensities in the same growth period, the response of Gaoguang A to light intensities was more sensitive than that of 9522 with white midrib. The most obvious leaf albino of Gaoguang A was under the high light intensity, whereas that of 9522 with white midrib was under the low light intensity. The chloroplast pigments contents indi- cated that the minimum phenotype differences of between Gaoguang A or 959.2 with white midrib and its wild type were under the light intensity of 9 000 Ix, but the maximum phenotype differences of them were respectively under the light intensity of 21 000 lx (Gaoguang A) and 18 0001x (9522 with white midrib) ; which will provide prerequisites for deeply investigating the internal mechanism of two rice leaf albino mu- tants in the future.
