摘 要:本文介绍了一种"皮带秤物料速度检测和分段整体去皮方法"的发明专利。该发明的测速原理不同于现有技术,测速的对象是物料位移或物料速度,同皮带秤工作原理的数学表达式直接相符,走出了把皮带行程当做物料位移或把皮带速率当做物料速度的误区;本发明的去皮算法也与现有技术显著不同,不是扣除皮带线密度与通过的长度乘积,而是对于越过称量段的每一分段空皮带的整体重量一次性扣除,因而消除了因皮带长度变化以致去皮不准的后果。This article intruduces invention patent that the method to detect conveyed material speed and to wipe off tare within whole divisions of belt weigher. For this patent, the principle of speed detecting is different from any other existing available technology. The common mistake is belt speed be treated as material speed,by this method conveyed material becomes an object of speed detecting,above speed is strict compliance with what in mathematical expression of belt weighers' working principle. By this method to wipe off tare,the empty weight of each belt division is taken off wholly instead of taking off the arithmetic product of linear density and length of empty belt.
