摘　　要：台湾地区高等教育的快速发展带来优质教育资源供给不足及分布不均的问题,为此台湾"政府"推出一系列改革举措,其中包括组建"区域教学资源中心"。该中心以协同发展为特色,促进各校资源整合共享、协助教师专业成长、提高大学教学品质以及学生学习成效,从而带动了台湾整体教学水平。深入研究台湾"区域教学资源中心"的发展特色,对于建立和创新国内高等教育教学资源合作、协同与发展机制,具有很高的理论价值和实际借鉴意义。The rapid development of Taiwaffs higher education brings about proolems, such uneven distribution of highly qualified education resources. Taiwan leadership puts a series of reforms, setting up a regional teaching resource center, which takes collaborative development as characteristics, advances the resource integration, assists the teachers professional growth, and improves the college teaching quality and students＇ learning effect, and thus promotes the overall teaching level in Taiwan.
